The video "interaction" shows the non-verbal communication of handicapped people and inquires about the role of projection, which is inherent in any communication.
We often give language this central position in order to describe our understanding of the world. If we assume that speech and the understanding of words is central to life, we exclude the people who cannot make use of verbal forms of interaction.
